Cast Iron Cleaning & Maintenance:
The pre-seasoned products as well as the colorful enamel cast iron, such as skillets, grills and griddles need only to be rinsed out with warm water and a little soap to be ready for first use. Their non-stick surface cooks evenly and clean up is quick and easy. To clean and maintain your cast iron cookware rinse with hot water. A nylon scrubber and a little mild soap can be used if needed. Dry thoroughly before storing. Remember: :keep your cast iron cookware dry; do not put cast iron cookware in the dishwasher; do not use detergents on your cast iron cookware and do not immerse hot cast iron cookware in cold water.
