We ship only within the Continental US.
Orders will be shipped UPS, FED-EX Ground or US Postal Service within three  business days of receipt. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

 
RETURN POLICY

Any defective item will be replaced. Contact us for RA# (return authorization number)  and shipping instructions at bbaileyok8@aol.com or 1-318-352-5469 for a quick and friendly response. Products cannot be replaced without the RA# Already used products will not be replaced..

Once you have your RA# and shipping instructions, place only the defective item in the same box in which your merchandise arrived. Place the RA# that we give you on the outside of the carton with shipping address and on inside paperwork. Products must be returned within 60 days of shipment and within 30 days of RA# issue date.

Non-defective merchandise returned for any reason other than mis-shipment will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product must be received in original condition and within 30 days of original shipping date. RA# policy is same as stated above.
